I enjoyed visiting this plant nursery and garden. I purchased a couple of plants I have not seen elsewhere. The gardens are lovely.

I saw a lot of positive reviews, but I gotta tell you I can’t understand how that’s happening after the experience I’ve had. I ordered three plants the first week of May. they charged my card and gave me an order number and that’s the last time I’ve heard from this organization. After about three weeks, I emailed “Betty” like I was told to do in the instructions and no response. the next week I emailed Betty again—no response. I finally called their company and guess what— I got a voicemail from Betty saying leave me a message or email me. Horrible service. I never received my order and I’m now in the process of having my credit card company to get my money back. Don’t do business with these people.

First time ordering with Heritage Flower Farm and I am so pleased! The response to the order was so prompt and the order shipped and arrived when I was told it would. The plants were healthy and so well packed! The additional info on the history of the plants was welcome and informative! All around great job! I am so pleased! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
